| Description: Leap Elite Foundations is Leap’s pre-competitive program for selected athletes ages 6–9. The program bridges recreational gymnastics and the competitive stream. Athletes train four hours each week, focusing on foundational gymnastics skills, strength, flexibility, technique, coordination and body control in preparation for future competitive levels. Registration is available only to athletes selected following a competitive assessment. |
