Birthday Parties
Celebrate your child’s special day with an action-packed gymnastics birthday party at our Markham facility, welcoming families from Markham and Stouffville. Our coach-led birthday packages are designed to keep kids active, engaged, and safe, while giving parents a completely hassle-free experience. From coach-led gymnastics activities and obstacle courses to setup and cleanup, we take care of the details so you can focus on the celebration.

A straightforward party package that covers everything you need for a great gymnastics celebration.
- 2-Hour Party: 1 hour of coach-led gymnastics activities followed by 1 hour to celebrate.
- Gymnastics Activities: Coach-led warm-up, gymnastics stations, obstacle courses, and group games.
- Celebration Area: Celebration time takes place in the designated main gym area. (Please note: The Basic package does not include party room access).
- Included: Setup, cleanup, and tableware (napkins, cutlery, cups, and plates) provided for children.
- Birthday Child Gift: The birthday child receives a loot bag.
- Parents Provide: Food (such as pizza, sandwiches, fruit or packaged snacks), cake or cupcakes, drinks, and any additional decorations or party favours.
A private birthday party with extended gymnastics activities, party room access, and special touches for the birthday child.
- 2-Hour Party: 1 hour and 15 minutes of coach-led gymnastics activities followed by 45 minutes in the party room for food, cake, and celebration.
- Party Room: Full-party access to the decorated party room.
- Private Party: Your celebration will be the only birthday party scheduled during your booked time.
- Gymnastics Activities: Coach-led warm-up, gymnastics stations, obstacle courses, and group games.
- Decor: Standard balloons provided in one colour selected from white, pink, blue, gold, purple, or green.
- Birthday Child Gift: A surprise birthday gift is included for the birthday child.
- Party Favours: One small party favour item is included for each of up to 16 children (such as a mini fidget toy, sticker sheet, bracelet, pencil, or similar small item; the item provided may vary).
- Included: Setup, cleanup, and tableware (napkins, cutlery, cups, and plates) provided for children.
- Parents Provide: Food (such as pizza, sandwiches, fruit or packaged snacks), cake or cupcakes, drinks, and any additional decorations.
Our most complete private party experience with extended gymnastics activities, a custom half balloon garland, loot bags, beverages, and an upgraded birthday gift.
- 2-Hour Party: 1 hour and 15 minutes of coach-led gymnastics activities followed by 45 minutes in the party room for food, cake, and celebration.
- Party Room: Full-party access to the decorated party room.
- Private Party: Your celebration will be the only birthday party scheduled during your booked time.
- Gymnastics Activities: Coach-led warm-up, gymnastics stations, obstacle courses, and group games.
- Decor: Custom half balloon garland handcrafted in one or two colours selected from white, pink, blue, gold, purple, or green.
- Beverages Included: Drink station featuring coffee/tea for adults and juice boxes for the kids.
- Loot Bags: Loot bags are included for up to 20 children.
- Birthday Child Gift: An upgraded surprise birthday gift is included for the birthday child.
- Included: Setup, cleanup, and tableware (napkins, cutlery, cups, and plates) provided for children.
- Parents Provide: Food (such as pizza, sandwiches, fruit or packaged snacks) and cake or cupcakes.
Optional Add-Ons
Available by request and confirmed with staff prior to the party. Approved add-ons are applied to your final party payment.
Additional Children:
- Basic Package:$15 per additional child
- Premium Package:$20 per additional child
- Deluxe Package:$25 per additional child
Additional-child fees apply when the number of participating children exceeds the number included in the selected package. The maximum capacity is 24 participating children.
Beverage Station ($30): Includes freshly brewed coffee/tea for adults and juice boxes for the kids. (Included in the Deluxe Package; available to add to Basic or Premium).
Loot Bags ($7 each): Add ready-to-go loot bags to a Basic or Premium Package, or purchase additional loot bags for a Deluxe Package. Deluxe Packages include loot bags for up to 20 children.
Extended Gym or Party Room Time: Available by request only. Subject to facility availability and staff confirmation.
Important: All families must leave promptly at the scheduled party end time so our team can clean, reset, and prepare the facility for the next celebration.
Ready to book a party?
Birthday parties are offered Saturdays from 1:00–3:00 PM and 4:00–6:00 PM, and Sundays from 1:00–3:00 PM. A $100 deposit reserves your party date and time.
After booking, please complete the Birthday Party Details Form so our team can confirm your package selection, guest count, setup preferences, food plans, and any optional add-ons.
The remaining balance, HST, and any approved add-ons are paid during the party by e-transfer to info@leapgymnastics.ca.
Arrival & Departure: Host families may arrive up to 10 minutes before the scheduled party start time to drop off food, cake, and party items. Guests should arrive at the scheduled party start time. All families must leave promptly at the scheduled party end time so our team can clean, reset, and prepare the facility for the next celebration.
Booking Policies
Schedule, Age & Participation: Birthday parties are hosted on Saturday and Sunday afternoons for a birthday child turning 4 years old and up. All participating children must be able to participate independently, without parental accompaniment, and stay with the group assigned by our coaches. Children under the age of 3 are not permitted in the gym, but are welcome to stay with their parent/guardian in the viewing area.
Deposit & Payment: A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date. This deposit is refundable only if cancelled with at least 15 days’ notice. The remaining balance, HST, and any approved add-ons are finalized with staff and paid during the party by e-transfer to info@leapgymnastics.ca.
Changes & Cancellations: We require a minimum of 15 days' notice for any cancellations or date change requests. All changes are subject to facility availability.
After You Book
Once your birthday party date and time are reserved through Uplifter with the $100 deposit, please complete the Birthday Party Details Form.

Facility Notes & Reminders
Food Guidelines: Families may bring simple children’s party food such as pizza, sandwiches, fruit, packaged snacks, cake or cupcakes.
Hot catered meals, buffet-style food, heavily sauced dishes, and food requiring reheating, warming equipment or extensive serving and cleanup are not permitted.
Footwear: For safety and cleanliness, parents and guests must wear socks in the viewing area and party room.
Parent & Guest Access: Parents and guardians are welcome to stay in the viewing area or party area during the party. For safety reasons, only participating children and Leap Gymnastics staff are permitted in the gym activity area. Parents, guardians, siblings, and guests may not enter the gym floor or use the equipment.
Waivers: All children participating in the gym portion of the party must have a waiver completed by their parent/guardian before entering the gym. Please download the current Participant Waiver PDF, complete it before the party, email it to info@leapgymnastics.ca, and share the waiver link with invited families.
Taxes: HST is additional on all party packages and add-ons.
