Celebrate at Leap Gymnastics in Markham with age-appropriate, coach-led gymnastics activities and time for food, cake and celebration. Every package includes exclusive use of our entire facility and a private party room. Compare our three packages below.

Party Information
Arrival
Host families may arrive up to 10 minutes before the scheduled party start time to drop off food, cake, and party items. Guests should arrive at the scheduled party start time.
Food
Simple children’s party food only, such as pizza, sandwiches, fruit, packaged snacks, cake or cupcakes. No ice cream, hot catered meals, buffet-style food, heavily sauced dishes, or food requiring reheating, warming equipment or extensive serving and cleanup.
Decorations
Tabletop or freestanding decorations only. No wall-mounted or hanging decorations. Tape, adhesive hooks, pins, tacks and other fasteners may not be used on facility walls.
Hosting your party
Leap coaches lead and supervise gymnastics and take care of the included cleanup. Please arrange for an adult in your group to receive food deliveries and serve food and cake. We prepare your package’s fixed setup; additional tables, furniture changes and staff setup of decorations brought from home are not available.
Schedule & Participation
All children participating in the gymnastics portion must be able to participate independently, without parent or caregiver accompaniment on the gym floor, and remain with the group assigned by our coaches. Children who are not able to participate independently are welcome to remain with their parent or guardian in the viewing or celebration area but cannot participate in the gymnastics activities.
Parent & Guest Access
Parents and guardians are welcome to stay in the viewing or celebration area. Our celebration space has limited seating, and we cannot guarantee a seat for every accompanying adult. Please let your guests know when you send their invitations. Parents of invited children may also drop them off; however, the birthday child’s parent or guardian must remain on site throughout the party. Only participating children and Leap Gymnastics staff are permitted on the gym floor or gymnastics equipment.
Footwear
For safety and cleanliness, parents and guests must wear socks in the viewing area and party room.
Party end time
Please plan food, cake and packing up within your booked celebration time, so your family and guests are ready to leave by the end time shown in your confirmation. A late-departure charge of $40 plus HST applies for each additional 30 minutes or part thereof. A late departure delays preparation for the next booking; this charge does not extend the party. Any additional time already confirmed with Leap remains part of your booking.

Saturday and Sunday parties start at 1:30 p.m. Basic finishes at 3:15 p.m., Premium at 3:30 p.m. and Deluxe at 3:45 p.m. If you have already booked, use the time in your confirmation.
Additional party slot: Saturday, November 21, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. Basic finishes at 5:15 p.m., Premium at 5:30 p.m. and Deluxe at 5:45 p.m.
After you book
Your party email includes your party form and a guest waiver link. Please complete your party form at least seven days before your party. You can return to it to update your guest list and see which waivers we’ve received.
Each participating child needs a waiver completed by their own parent or legal guardian. Complete one for the birthday child and share the guest waiver link with the other families.

Payment, changes and cancellations
Deposit & Payment: Please book at least seven days in advance and choose your date and package at checkout. A $100 deposit plus HST ($113) is required to reserve your party and is applied toward the total cost.
Complete your party-details form at least seven days before your party. Your remaining balance will be shown before you submit. Once you submit the form, an itemized invoice will automatically be emailed to you, including HST and selected add-ons, with your deposit deducted.
Payment must be received by e-transfer to info@leapgymnastics.ca no later than the day before your party. Please include your invoice number in the transfer message. A receipt will be emailed once payment is confirmed. If your invoice remains unpaid after the due date, your party booking may be cancelled.
Changes & Cancellations: We require a minimum of 15 days' notice for any cancellations or date change requests. The deposit is refundable only if cancellation meets this notice requirement. All changes are subject to facility availability.
