| Description: Girls’ Leap Plus is a two-hour weekly gymnastics class for girls aged 7 and older who are ready for longer, focused training sessions. Gymnasts develop skills across vault, bars, beam and floor, with additional time for practice, technique, strength and flexibility. Coaches use structured stations and progressions matched to each gymnast’s ability and readiness. Athletes build on their foundations and work toward more challenging skills and combinations at their own pace. Previous gymnastics experience is recommended, with placement guided by a coach. Maximum eight gymnasts per class. |
