Birthday Parties - December 2026

New birthday bookings: Basic $399 + HST for up to 10 participating children; Premium $589 + HST for up to 16; Deluxe $849 + HST for up to 22. Child counts include the birthday child. Every package includes exclusive use of the entire facility and a private party room.

Saturday and Sunday parties begin at 1:30 p.m. Basic: 60 minutes gymnastics + 45 minutes celebration, finishing at 3:15 p.m. Premium: 75 minutes gymnastics + 45 minutes celebration, finishing at 3:30 p.m. Deluxe: 75 minutes gymnastics + 60 minutes celebration, finishing at 3:45 p.m. Existing bookings retain their confirmed price, inclusions and party time.

Additional children: Basic + $25 each above 10, maximum 16 total; Premium + $25 each above 16, maximum 22 total; Deluxe has no additional-child option, maximum 22 total. Mini Party Favour Bags are + $7 each with Basic and Premium; Deluxe includes one per participating child, including the birthday child. One small bag per participating child containing two or three party favours, such as stickers, erasers or mini fidget toys. Contents vary.

Cold Drink Station: A selection of juice, soft drinks and bottled water for children and adults. Selection varies based on availability. Not available with Basic; + $40 with Premium; included with Deluxe. All prices are plus HST.

Deposit & Payment: Please book at least seven days in advance and choose your date and package at checkout. A $100 deposit plus HST ($113) is required to reserve your party and is applied toward the total cost.

Complete your party-details form at least seven days before your party. Your remaining balance will be shown before you submit. Once you submit the form, an itemized invoice will automatically be emailed to you, including HST and selected add-ons, with your deposit deducted.

Payment must be received by e-transfer to info@leapgymnastics.ca no later than the day before your party. Please include your invoice number in the transfer message. A receipt will be emailed once payment is confirmed. If your invoice remains unpaid after the due date, your party booking may be cancelled.

After booking, your personal party-details link and participant waiver link are emailed automatically. Your booking information is already filled in. Complete your details once and check guest waivers from your personal link. Previously submitted details and confirmed arrangements are kept.
